What is the characteristic of market order? |
Market order function let you buy or sell stocks at the best price immediately without stating any price. Also it enables the order to automatically match within 30 spreads away from the prevailing best price. If the quantity at the market is not enough to fill the order, the remaining part of the order will be cancelled automatically. The largest quantity of a buy order will depend on the available funds, and the largest quantity of a sell order will be the amount of the stock in the account. |

How to deposit my physical scrip? |
You can deposit physical scrip to us through the following methods:
a.You can deposit physical scrip at our head office service counterb.Post the physical scrip to mail box: GPO Box 9704You can sell your shares immediately after the deposit. However, you may only physically withdraw the funds on T+10. In the meantime, you can use the fund in your account to buy stocks.
The name on the physical scrip must be the same as the name of the account holder. If the share certificates are registered in the name of a nominee, then you need to provide proof of beneficial ownership. |

You are required to deposit sufficient amount of deposit or margin with interest in your account in our company according to the method of your IPO application. The minimum application amount of 5% margin IPO financing and 10% margin IPO financing is HK$100,000. The minimum application amount for free margin IPO financing is HK$1,000,000. IPO financing will subject to the quota of application.
Example: Subscribe 100,000 shares of China Railway Construction (1186)
*You are not required for any deposit, but you should have stocks in your account whose value equals to 10% of financed amount (Stock warrants are not included). |

These are stock index options contracts based on the Hang Seng Index. For those index option that trade in exchange are European style option. The holder is given the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell a specific stock index at a fixed price on a given date. Option buyers pay a premium while sellers receive the premium but have an obligation to buy or sell a specific stock index on assignment if the buyer exercises his right.
